Gideon Property Developers has earmarked to develop a programme comprising of 250 Res 1 houses; 60 Res 2 Townhouses; an Office Business Park; Apartments and a Hotel on a 21 hectares of land, close to Mall of the North for the outer year 2025.

The Bethel Estate programme comprises: 120×250m² double-storey houses; 160×180m² single-storey units; 380×160m² apartments; 800×6m² office spaces; and a 120-room hotel with 30 penthouses and premium amenities - all configured as an integrated mixed-use development.
